NextGen Office Plugin

With the NextGen Office Plugin you can add your signature inside Word and Excel documents. The Plugin is for the offline installation of Word and Excel, for the websolution we don´t offer at the moment a signature solution.

Requirements:

• Office 2013 and higher

• NG Device Firmware 1.5.13 or higher

After the installation you will find the “StepOver-NextGen Pad” ribbon inside Word and Excel.

In the first step you need to configure your device, therefor open the Settings and enter the URL to your StepOver NextGen device.

Confirm the settings with the OK Button and next you can use the “Signing” button which will start the signmode on the device.

You can confirm your signature on the device or inside word/excel, which will insert the signature image at the current cursor position.
