Documents to be signed can be distributed by the sender of a signature request by selecting the signatory for each signature field. webSignatureOffice transmits the signature request (the document to be signed) to the recipient(s)/signatory(ies). The system informs the recipient(s) of the signature request by e-mail.

If webSignatureOffice is integrated into a surrounding application and is used without its own user administration on the signature server, the surrounding system takes over the assignment / distribution of the signature requests.
