04. The pad's front LED flashes slowly in red

This means, that one or more files are missing from the memory or that at least the firmware could not find them. So, either the memory is damaged or the device has been produced defective.

In such a case, please contact our technical support, which might be able to help you with a firmware update without you having to send the device to us.
